Born in Germany, this stallion is the product of a cross between two dressage stars: Totilas and Desperados. His sire, Totilas, is a three-time world champion, world record holder, and one of the most influential sires in modern dressage. On his dam's side, Toto Jr. carries the bloodlines of Desperados FRH, a multiple European champion and Olympic medalist for the German team. This combination unites athletic talent, powerful movement, natural collection, and excellent rideability in a single pedigree.

Toto Jr.’s sporting career has developed at the highest international level. Ridden by Edward Gal and later by Hans Peter Minderhoud, the stallion has competed successfully at Grand Prix level and was a member of the Dutch Olympic team. Over the years, Toto Jr. has delivered consistent results on the international stage, earning a reputation as a reliable Grand Prix partner.

Approved for breeding by the KWPN and the top performer at the 2014 KWPN Spring Stallion Performance Testing, the nine-year-old stallion scored 80.68% in the Grand Prix Special under Edward Gal, becoming the only horse to break the 80% barrier. The following day, the duo scored a massive 86.15% in the Freestyle. "When Toto Jr. was three, I already knew that if there was any horse that could run Totilas's Freestyle, it was him. I’ve been waiting seven years for this. It’s still bold, but I have a feeling that Toto Jr. might even be better than his father." Today, the pair of Toto Jr. and Hans Peter Minderhoud compete consistently at the Grand Prix level, placing 16th at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games with a score of 72.664%.

His breeding achievements are equally impressive; for several years, he was one of the most widely used stallions in the Netherlands. He sired the highest number of dressage foals in 2017 (369) and presented the largest number of foals at auction in 2017 and 2018. It is thanks to his offspring that Toto Jr. earned the prestigious KWPN Keur stallion status. To date, he has sired eight licensed KWPN sons, and his progeny consistently pass licensing in Europe’s leading studbooks. During the 2021 KWPN selection, eight of Toto Jr.’s sons were selected for further licensing stages, one of the best results among all sires that year. His offspring are highly sought after, already achieving success in sport, earning licenses, and further cementing Toto Jr.’s growing influence.

The quality of his daughters is a particularly important indicator. According to KWPN data, approximately 80% of Toto Jr.’s daughters achieve Ster status, 21% are voorlopig keur, and 36% are elite—an exceptionally high rate for a modern sire.

One notable descendant is Taminiau, the first son of Toto Jr. to compete at Grand Prix level and one of the most promising dressage horses in the Netherlands. Other distinguished licensed and sport-performing descendants include O’Toto van de Wimphof, Inclusive, Inverness, and Inspire, all of whom are making their mark in sport and breeding.

Flaiana is a broodmare who combines a modern dressage type with elegance, lightness, and world-class genetics. Fliana's sire, For Romance I OLD, was the 2011 Oldenburg licensing champion, a main premium stallion, and the 2019 VTV Dressage Stallion of the Year. In sport, he successfully competed at the Grand Prix level under Swedish rider Therese Nilshagen.

For Romance I's breeding value has remained consistently high, confirmed by the performance of his adult offspring. He has produced over 30 licensed sons, many of whom were premium-awarded, as well as more than 80 premium mares and numerous championship winners. His daughter Florentina sold for €200,000, the foal For Diamond was the top lot at the Oldenburg elite auction at €181,000, and Fiorissimo sold for €81,000. For Romance I himself is by Fürst Romancier, a successful sport sire who placed fourth at the World Championships for Young Dressage Horses and has produced over 35 licensed sons and more than 200 premium-awarded daughters. His maternal line traces back to the elite mare Gesina, dam of numerous licensed stallions, champions, and international-level sport horses. His full sister, Fasine OLD, was an Oldenburg champion, Bundeschampionat winner, and sold at the P.S.I. auction for €1.3 million.

Fliana's dam is the large, noble mare Agata, by the Thoroughbred stallion General xx. Through General xx, one-quarter of Fliana's pedigree is represented by Thoroughbred blood from the Dark Ronald xx line, one of the foundational sires of European sport horse breeding. The Dark Ronald xx line helped shape many modern warmblood lineages, particularly in Germany, and his genetics remain widely present in the pedigrees of successful dressage and show jumping horses today.
