Mare Insemination

Status Stud Farm offers mare insemination services using deep-frozen stallion semen.

We operate according to modern standards, utilizing high-quality genetic material from leading bloodlines. Insemination is performed by experienced specialists with high success rates. Since 2018, we have worked exclusively with deep-frozen semen, maintaining a stable pregnancy rate of over 80%, and for three years, this figure reached 100%.

The service includes

The mare is admitted to the station for insemination. The duration of stay depends on the cycle phase and the insemination outcome. Boarding cost: equivalent to €500 / month

Cost of insemination services: equivalent to €700. The price includes up to two insemination cycles.

Ultrasound, cycle monitoring, ovulation detection, artificial insemination, hormonal support (if needed), additional vitamin supplementation, and early pregnancy diagnosis.

An ultrasound examination is performed on the 13th day after insemination. If pregnancy is confirmed, the mare can leave the station. If the result is not confirmed, the cycle is repeated.

All consumables, veterinary drugs, semen storage, and other related expenses are included in the price.

How the service works

Mandatory preliminary consultation with a specialist from the stud farm.

Semen selection for insemination. It is possible to use semen doses from the Status Victoria Lab semen bank or material provided by the mare owner.

The semen dose is paid for before insemination.

If semen is transported from Europe, the decision regarding stallion selection and semen dose purchase must be made no later than February 15 of the current year.

The mare must arrive at the station for insemination between March 20 and May 15.

Payment

Payment is made upon the mare's arrival at the station. All financial risks are borne by the client.
